Most showrooms which stock our products have a number of designer wash basins and vanity units on display and swatches in store to create your unique designer furniture. We have a limited stock of samples for our matt white designer wash basin series and finishes of the XP and CL series. Samples for the LU series can be presented by one of our representatives and are available to our stockists and selected trade professionals.

We offer a great variety of fixed size products in various lengths and widths. In order to keep our prices low we have created great choice of different types of units which are all coordinated with the fixed size designer wash basins. If you are a trade professional we offer bespoke product services to serve your high design aspirations or creating your exclusive products for your showroom.

Yes, we aim to stock almost all our designer wash basin range for delivery within our current delivery times.  Whether an item is in stock can be found by going to the ‘Prices and Sizes’ page which displays technical details and a reference to stock availability. For higher order volumes and out of stock items please contact us. Please also always check stock available with showrooms near you project location. The details of showrooms can be found under ‘store’ section.

We work with a network of bathroom showrooms, which sell our exquisite designer bathroom products and display some of our unique designer bathroom furniture. For showroom representatives, trade professionals, developers and architects we offer access to our factory showroom.

Please check our ‘Create’ page which you find on the final product page. It explains in detail who to combine basins and vanity units. Generally you can identify the matching designer wash basins and vanity units by the first double digit number of the article number. If you basin shows a ‘60’ you will require a vanity unit from XP, CL or LU series featuring a ‘60’ in their article names. If you are in doubt please contact our sales team atsales@finessedesigns.co.uk and we will help you with your choice.

Normal stains and spots can be removed by using a moist cloth and mild household cleaner. Should your regular detergent not remove the stain, it is recommended to use an abrasive cleaner such as CIF instead. Apply the cleaner on a soft cloth and wipe the entire surface of your basin in a circular motion to maintain the smooth matt surface.

Never us aggressive cleaning detergents like chloride solvents, strong acids and products used in the paint industry. Remove spilled nail polish with a non-acetone based nail polish remover and rinse with water.

Each designer wash basin product is supplied with an abrasive paper. If hairline cracks and minor damages are caused, please use this smooth tool and rub over the damaged spot or crack in circular movement to maintain the smooth and matt surface. For repairs of larger damages please contact our sales team at sales@finessedesigns.co.uk .

The products of the XP and CL series are manufactured in the UK, using unique components supplied to by some of the leading European suppliers to the furniture industry. All of our production facilities are operated at high international industry standards.
