Shipping and Delivery

At Finesse Designs LLP we aim to keep a certain amount of fixed size Solid Surface products in stock. For stock items we
aim for a delivery within 2-3 days. If order is made together with vanity units please indicate if you want  a partial shipment or combined shipment at delivery periods stated for vanity unit products. For a surcharge next-day deliveries could be arranged, subject to product availability and on orders made before noon.

For larger orders of Solid Surface products, orders during holiday periods and orders of customized and non-stock products lead times may be up to 10-14 weeks. For more urgent deliveries and contract arrangements please contact out sales team

For vanity units the lead period varies between the different collections.

The anticipated lead period is 2-4 weeks on products of the Classic range (CL) and 1-2 weeks for products of the Express
range (XP). The lead period for Luxury vanity units (LU) depends largely on design and may vary strongly. Please contact us
for more information.

The expected delivery time is mentioned on our quotation and/or order confirmation. We do our best to deliver within this
timeframe. However, we are unable to provide a 100% guarantee in lead times due to the influence of external factors
(shipping and traffic problems, adverse weather, etc. Please take this into account when planning your project.
Orders and deliveries will only be processed during the working week, except on public holidays.

Usually no specific times are given on delivery date. Unless stated otherwise please be present at delivery address between
8am to 6pm on the day of delivery.
